What is made to order clothing and how is it sustainable?

Traditionally, around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills making it a major contributor to environmental damage. What’s more, one in every five items produced by the fashion industry reaches landfills without being worn even once.  In contrast Imagine by Astra only produces what a customer orders thereby preventing unnecessary waste. This means no surplus will end up in landfills. We also make quality products to last so you will get more mileage out of your clothing, also reducing waste.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Each item is made just for you. It usually takes 1-3 business days to make your order and prepare it for shipment. Shipping time varies but is typically 1-5 business days. Typically orders are delivered 3-10 business days after the order is placed.

My order is taking longer than the estimated delivery date, what should I do?

Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible after they are received. Unfortunately we cannot control the shipping companies once it is in their hands. In the case of late packages in many instances the order will show up shortly after the estimated delivery date so we ask that you please give it a few days before reaching out to us. In the event it has been beyond a reasonable time please reach out to us at info@imaginebyastra.com so we can follow up on our end. 

What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If there is something wrong with your order please reach out to us at info@imaginebyastra.com so we can follow up and make it right.

If I order multiple items will they ship together?

If your order consists of multiple items they may be delivered separately.

Will I need to pay duty or customs fees?

Every country has their own rules regarding customs fees. Please refer to your country’s regulations for information on what these might be. If you do owe customs on your order some countries allow you to pay online and the link can often be found through your tracking number.
